Ruckus Networks Remote Support 5-Year | ICX7550

Keep eligible ICX7550 switching platforms covered with a 5-year remote support bundle from Ruckus Networks. This Bulldog package is designated for the ICX7550-24, ICX7550-48, ICX7550-24P, and ICX7550-48P SKUs, giving infrastructure teams a clear support path for the exact hardware in service. For network operations teams, the advantage is specificity. Support tied to the correct switch family reduces confusion during escalation, simplifies entitlement tracking, and helps ensure the service record matches the deployed platform. That matters when the network is carrying production traffic and the cost of delayed support can exceed the cost of the bundle. The 5-year duration also supports longer planning cycles. It gives procurement and operations a defined window for budgeting, lifecycle management, and service continuity without revisiting coverage every year. Use it to protect access layer investments, keep support administration clean, and maintain confidence in the switching layer that underpins user connectivity, voice, and edge devices.
