Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between R720 and 806-R720-300F?▾

R720 is the Ruckus access point model designation. 806-R720-300F is the ordering code for a 3-year WatchDog End User Support entitlement associated with a standalone R720 in the federal offering; it is not the access point hardware.

What does 806-R720-300F cover?▾

806-R720-300F provides WatchDog End User Support coverage for one standalone Ruckus R720 access point for 3 years. The entitlement is designated for federal use and does not include an R720 access point.

Is 806-R720-300F for a standalone R720?▾

Yes. The entitlement is specified for a standalone Ruckus R720. Confirm that the access point requiring coverage is an R720 and that the required support term is 3 years before selecting this federal WatchDog support SKU.
