Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between ZoneDirector 1125 and 851-1125-5000?▾
ZoneDirector 1125 names the supported Ruckus Networks controller model. 851-1125-5000 is the ordering code for its 5-year WatchDog SLED end-user support renewal, so the two identifiers serve different purposes.
What is included with 851-1125-5000?▾
It provides the 5-year WatchDog support renewal entitlement for a ZoneDirector 1125 under the SLED end-user offering. It does not include a ZoneDirector 1125 controller, replacement hardware, or a separate controller licence.
How long is the WatchDog renewal term?▾
This renewal provides a 5-year WatchDog support term for the ZoneDirector 1125. It is a renewal entitlement for the named controller platform, not a hardware controller purchase or a separate controller software licence.
