Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between ZoneDirector 3000 and 851-3200-3LER?▾
ZoneDirector 3000 names the controller platform. 851-3200-3LER is the specific E-Rate K-12 education renewal ordering code for software support covering the 200 AP license tier and 3-year term. It does not identify a new controller or access-point purchase.
What does Ruckus Networks 851-3200-3LER cover?▾
It renews software support for a ZoneDirector 3000 controller at the 200 AP license level for 3 years in an E-Rate K-12 education environment. The entitlement does not add controller hardware, access points, or extra access-point licenses.
Is 851-3200-3LER suitable for a ZoneDirector 3000 with fewer than 200 access points?▾
This renewal is assigned to the 200 AP license tier. Match the entitlement to the access-point license capacity already installed on the ZoneDirector 3000 controller, rather than to the number of access points currently connected to the network.
