Preserve operational continuity for ZoneDirector 1112 deployments by adding a 5 year Partner Watchdog Premium Support upgrade for six access points. Designed for channel-managed customers, this SKU upgrades support entitlement rather than hardware — extending service coverage, formalizing vendor escalation, and aligning response cadence with enterprise procurement expectations. Use this partner-tier upgrade where an existing ZoneDirector 1112 and associated AP licenses require extended support life without forklift replacements. The Partner designation ensures procurement and case handling routes through authorized reseller channels, simplifying billing, contract consolidation, and partner-managed renewals. Choose this SKU when you need predictable five-year coverage for six APs, consistent vendor escalation paths, and aligned support lifecycles across campus or branch WLANs. Confirm activation and account association with your Ruckus partner to finalize entitlements.

Ideal For

  • Extend support coverage for six APs managed by ZoneDirector 1112 in a campus deployment
  • Consolidate partner-billed support contracts for distributed branch WLANs
  • Maintain vendor escalation and case continuity for a 5 year lifecycle
  • Upgrade support entitlement post-license purchase without replacing hardware

Why This Product

  • 1Partner SKU routes procurement and case handling through authorized resellers versus direct vendor SKUs
  • 2Both Partner and standard Watchdog carry the same 5 year, 6 AP license upgrade entitlement
  • 3Partner SKU simplifies partner billing consolidation; standard SKU is vendor-direct
  • 4Choose Partner SKU when reseller-managed contract and renewal workflows are required
