It provides 1 year of Specialist Partner Support for one Ruckus access point managed through SZ or VSZ. The entitlement is per AP; it is not a physical access point, a controller, or a standalone software licence.

S62-0001-1LSG applies to a Ruckus access point operating under SZ or VSZ management. Coverage is associated with the managed AP, not with a standalone controller or an access point outside an SZ/VSZ-managed environment.

One entitlement covers one SZ/VSZ-managed access point for 1 year. Use one entitlement for each access point that requires Specialist Partner Support during the covered period.
