Ruckus Networks ZoneDirector 5000, 900 AP License Upgrade | Support, SLED End User

Keep critical campus and branch Wi‑Fi operating under vendor supervision. This SLED End User Watchdog support package for ZoneDirector 5000 pairs an end-user watchdog service with a 900 AP license upgrade (MPN 841-5900-1L00) to preserve managed AP capacity and provide a defined support channel for end-user incident reporting. The offering targets infrastructure teams responsible for high‑density wireless where predictable support response and license compliance are operational priorities. Use it to maintain AP availability, accelerate triage of client-impacting issues, and avoid unplanned capacity shortfalls during refresh cycles. Delivery focuses on license entitlement and support engagement; it does not include on-site hardware replacement or configuration services unless bundled separately. Choose this SKU when your procurement must justify a premium over basic support by documenting AP coverage, vendor-managed watchdog oversight, and a direct upgrade path for ZoneDirector 5000 deployments.
