Ruckus Networks WATCHDOG Remote Support Renewal 5-Year | ICX7550

Keep eligible ICX7550 access switches under vendor-backed support for a full 5-year term. This WATCHDOG remote support renewal is designed specifically for ICX7550-24ZP, ICX7550-48ZP, ICX7550-24F, and ICX7550-48F SKUs, giving infrastructure teams a clear path to maintain coverage without changing the installed platform. For environments where switch availability directly affects user access, voice, wireless, and downstream services, renewal coverage matters. It helps preserve access to Ruckus support resources, shortens the path from issue to resolution, and supports lifecycle planning for deployed hardware that still has operational value. That makes it easier to protect prior investment while avoiding unnecessary refresh pressure. This 5-year renewal is a practical fit for organizations standardizing on ICX7550 switching and looking to keep support aligned with procurement cycles, maintenance windows, and capital planning. It is a service entitlement, not a hardware upgrade, so it complements the existing switch deployment and extends the support relationship around it.
