Orders of $50 or more at RUCKUS Store ship free with 2-3 day ground delivery to anywhere in the United States. Smaller orders pay a ground rate based on their shipping weight; heavy and freight-class items carry a flat surcharge, shown at checkout before you pay. No handling fees.

Items up to 50 lb shipping weight ship free by ground and arrive in 2-3 business days after dispatch, to all 50 US states — on orders of $50 or more.
Orders under $50
Orders under $50ship by ground for a rate based on the order's total shipping weight, packed in one box: $16.89 for up to 1 lb, $18.67 for 2 lb, $21.08 for 5 lb and $23.16 for 10 lb. Your cart shows how much more unlocks free shipping. Software licences and support contracts ship electronically and never carry a shipping charge.
Heavy & freight items
Items over 50 lb and up to 150 lb ship by ground with a flat $50 heavy-item surcharge. Items over 150 lb ship by scheduled LTL freight for a flat $100, typically 5-10 business days; we confirm the carrier and delivery window before dispatch. The exact shipping charge for every item is shown on its product page and at checkout.
Same-day dispatch
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Delivery estimates shown on each product page are calculated from that cutoff and the US holiday calendar.
Backordered items
Parts shown as “available on backorder” are orderable now and ship as soon as manufacturer stock arrives, on the same shipping terms as stocked items. We confirm the lead time in writing before charging your card, and you can cancel at any point before the order ships.
30-day free returns
Unopened, unregistered hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free — request an RMA from our team and we send a prepaid label. Software licences, subscriptions and support contracts are non-returnable once issued.
Shipping destinations
We ship to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses. For deliveries outside the United States, or for consolidated multi-site rollouts, request a quote and a specialist will confirm freight terms and any duties before you order.
