Shipping is free on every order at RUCKUS Store. No minimum order value, no handling fees, and no surcharge for expedited service on stocked items.
Free shipping, every order
Ground and 2-day delivery are free to all 50 US states with no order minimum. Oversized and freight-class items ship free on a scheduled LTL service; we confirm the carrier and window before dispatch.
Same-day dispatch
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Delivery estimates shown on each product page are calculated from that cutoff and the US holiday calendar.
Backordered items
Parts shown as “available on backorder” are orderable now and ship free as soon as manufacturer stock arrives. We confirm the lead time in writing before charging your card, and you can cancel at any point before the order ships.
30-day free returns
Unopened, unregistered hardware can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free — request an RMA from our team and we send a prepaid label. Software licences, subscriptions and support contracts are non-returnable once issued.
Shipping destinations
We ship to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses. For deliveries outside the United States, or for consolidated multi-site rollouts, request a quote and a specialist will confirm freight terms and any duties before you order.
